At your nearest Circuit launderette, simply load your laundry, select your preferred machine and payment method through the user-friendly app interface, and choose the desired programme to start. It's that easy, and your laundry will be underway in no time!

Our app provides a helpful countdown feature, allowing you to track the progress of your washer or dryer cycle and know exactly when it will be finished.

Please note that the Circuit Laundry Plus app operates separately from your laundry card account on the Circuit website. While signing up is not required for the Circuit Laundry Plus app, doing so offers additional features such as real-time room availability and account funding. It's important to note that balances from your laundry card are not transferable to your Circuit app account, and vice versa.

For optimal app functionality, ensure that your phone has a Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or 5G signal within the laundry room. This is necessary not only for activating the machines but also for viewing the cycle countdown if you step out of the room while your wash completes. As long as you stay connected, you can monitor the remaining time on your chosen cycle and make productive use of your time elsewhere instead of waiting at the launderette.

By downloading this app, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• You acknowledge that you have a non-exclusive license to use the app and agree not to copy or infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
• The minimum top-up credit value is £5.00. Payments will be securely processed through a Payment Provider, and Circuit will not retain any card details.
• Refunds for partially used top-up credit can be requested by emailing apprefund@circuit.co.uk. Remember to include your registered email address, date of in-app purchase, purchased credit amount, and the desired refund amount. Please note that refunds will not be issued for balances below £5.00. Additionally, a £3.00 administration charge will be deducted from the refund value. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Free credits or voucher top-ups are not eligible for refunds. Unused credits will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
